I. Introduction to the equipment
1. CNC automatic punching punching line with automatic feeding, automatic positioning, automatic clamping, automatic punching, automatic moving, automatic shearing, automatic embossing, automatic changing of dies/die, automatic delivery. They are perfectly combined with a high degree of automation, accurate positioning, easy operation, high reliability, high performance CNC punching and shearing equipment. The equipment is widely used in power transmission and transformation manufacturing industries such as high and low voltage switchgear cabinets, transformer manufacturing, box substations and bus ducts. Used for automatic processing of various specifications of copper and aluminum busbars.
2. The machine is composed of the feeding table, a receiving table, the mold group, the hydraulic power unit, the servo power unit and the control cabinet. This machine is a three-dimensional processing unit composed of CNC servo control system, transmission guide screw, hydraulic system to provide power processing, which can complete the copper and aluminum row punching, shearing, bending and other processes in combination with each other. It has the advantages of high processing speed and high precision.
3. The machine operation interface is clear, intuitive and easy to understand, avoiding human operation errors, high efficiency and low requirements for operators. II. Main characters
1. The CNC automatic busbar processing machine adopts Siemens 1200 PLC to cooperate with upper computer for control. This operating system is a system application software with independent intellectual property rights developed by our company. The software has:
1) Operators can execute 2D CAD drawings directly on the machine computer, generating punching programs directly and storing them for cyclic processing.
2) The drawn 2D CAD drawings can be directly imported into the equipment to generate the processing program.
2. The CNC automatic busbar processing machine adopts double clamps to cooperate with
feeding work. The feeding port is a servo motor-controlled main clamp to clamp the workpiece and move back and forth to feed the workpiece. And the material outlet is driven by a servo motor to drive the vise clamp to assist clamping and positioning. The double clamp working method can improve the stability of the workpiece during punching and cutting, and improve the efficiency and accuracy of processing. The maximum clamp stroke is 1100mm, and the double clamp automatically reverses the clamp to automatically feed the material when processing materials greater than 1100mm.
3. The mold library is a six-punch mold library, according to the size of the drawing, it can realize automatic punching and automatic mold changing, which can meet the different processing needs of copper and aluminum rows, such as round holes, oval holes, square holes and other technological requirements.
4. The cutting station adopts servo motor power supply, the maximum clamp stroke is 1200mm, the cutting mode adopts the whole rotary shear, the shear is not wasteful, the section is flat and burr-free, reduce the copper cost for the enterprise.
5. The punching die is the independent research and development product of our company, and technical improvements have been made for the characteristics of soft, sticky and easy to carry
of copper and aluminum busbars, and the work efficiency has been greatly improved. The structure adopts a special separate punching mold with a punch body and a punch, and
